4 years of patent practice, Mr. Li mainly engaged in foreign business development, consulting, foreign partner communication as well as foreign application filing, and litigation. He is familiar with US patent law and its related policy and procedures, and as well as PCT filing procedures.

He is committed to become as a bridge between US and China and help the firm to open widely to the world. He participated the entire process of assessment, preparation and assistance of a domestic listed company facing patent infringement litigation cases in the United States as well as assisting their inter partes review procedure.

He also participated in a patent infringement litigation and patent invalidation case in China for a foreign-funded corporation. He has also done work related to patent early warning analysis, patent infringement analysis and consulting services, etc.
