The National Intellectual Property Administration made the Patent Invalidity Review Decision No. 567853, maintaining the validity of the entire invention patent right of "Non-aqueous secondary battery separator, its manufacturing method and non-aqueous secondary battery" with the patent number 201810710744.0, jointly owned by Teijin Limited and Shanghai Enjei New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.

This patent, along with another patent, is involved in a 210 million yuan patent infringement dispute between Enjei and Hebei Jinli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and the other patent has also been maintained valid by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
